ELK CITIZEN OF THE YEAR PIN

This is a one inch pin with the Elks 11th hour Elk Design in the center , surrounded with a rim of Elks purple and the words "CITIZEN OF THE YEAR". It is customary for the Exalted Ruler to pick a Citizen of the year for his or her year.  This is a hard earned position and a great honor to hold this distinction.
